Once you’ve lodged your return, your instant exchange will usually be confirmed within 15 minutes. Keep an eye on your inbox for your new order confirmation email - it’ll be sent to the same email address used for your original purchase.

Nope, non-instant returns will not follow the same requirements as instant returns. Non-instant returns are 100% subject to the stores policies and rules

Nope! Non-instant returns don't require an account. If you do however have an account, non-instant returns will be visible on your dashboard

Retailers who offer non-instant returns may still offer instant options. You'll need to check the retailers returns policy or reach out to them to see if this is an option

Refundid issues refunds instantly to your nominated card or bank account. In most cases, the funds appear within seconds, but may take up to 30 minutes.

For instant exchanges, no payout occurs—your card is used only if the replacement item is of greater value than the original.

Absolutely! Refundid supports all major payment gateways, meaning you can still process an instant return—whether refund or exchange—if you purchased with a Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) service like Afterpay, Zip or Klarna.

Simply follow the usual Refundid process through one of our partner stores. You’ll receive funds instantly to repay your BNPL provider if you opt for a refund.

Please note: BNPL arrangements are not automatically cancelled—refund money must be manually applied to your BNPL balance.
